From GameWatcher: "Dying Light 2's story DLC won't pick up where the base game left off right away, exploring narratives that happen "sideways to the main events," at least for a while.

Having launched earlier this year, Dying Light 2 is slated to receive more than five years of post-launch content. Its first-year roadmap promises at least one story DLC that's currently slated to arrive in June, alongside a variety of other cosmetic and gameplay additions, some of which are already live."
