I am looking forward to this game, but given what's going on, I can understand the reasoning. I'll wait.

I can see why they would do this. Blue Moon looks to be modeled after Russia.

Maybe in a few years it’ll be okay to release a cartoon war game if there are no ongoing wars.

Lol. Wut. It’s a cartoon remake. The original games are out already. But ok.

The original games cost $200 a copy now and what does it art style for anything to do with it, That’s like saying animation can’t be taking seriously because it’s a cartoon/ anime.

Don’t try to read too deep into my comment bro. I own these games on the game boy advance, they are not realistic at all. They are fun strategy games not meant to make a connection at all with any real life conflicts. I get that current events make people uneasy, but in no way would there be any heat for Nintendo for releasing these games again. The originals where release during wars too.

They are also $7 in the Wiiu virtual console.

Loose copies of the original games are nowhere near $200. The GBA/DS versions can be had for $20-40 a piece.

They may as well cancel the game altogether then because there will never be a good time to release this, since there is always a war going on.
