Elden Ring is special. It isn’t just a great souls game. It doesn’t simply absorb eclectic parts to come across as new. Instead it actuates latent possibilities in the soulslike genre, both in terms of gameplay mechanics and creative concept.
This looks like something fans and collectors will enjoy as the latest book of art has been announced.
Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. and A24 today announced their collaboration with writer and director Alex Garland for a live-action film adaptation of FromSoftware Inc.’s world-renowned video game ELDEN RING.
Why? These live action adaptations have been oh so terrible lol. I know sonic is successful but I just couldn't enjoy the first movie. You cannot adapt a full game especially a 70+hr rpg into a small 1-2hr movie without many cuts.
But I suppose their goal is to reach more people with these films I guess.
i meam, theres alot of material there sure but ... most of these enemies are .. non human.
is the movie gonna be mostly cgi? ha.
FromSoftware shares new details on Elden Ring for Nintendo Switch 2, including two new classes, armor sets, and steed customizations.
It's an incredible game. I agree this has to be GOTY 2022 for sure. Every time i play iam just floored by the scope and detail in Everything from the lore to the world. Just amazing.
I'm going to be honest. Anyone that called this game a masterpiece, but thought Sekiro was hard, and needed an easy mode, I'm going to clown form now on.
30hrs in and the game just keeps getting better and better lol. I now understand all the reviews its been getting. Every time I underestimate the game, NOPE, it just keeps proving me wrong. 30hrs and I'm probably only about 50% done with everything the game has to offer, sidequests included ofc. The game is making me ignore the technical problems it has, thats how good it is. Still annoying though yes.
Definately huge GOTY contender.
lol
