Shizzle Games received their retail copy of Crackdown in the mail today, for reviewing purposes, and snapped some pictures of the included Halo 3 Beta Tester Invite.
Here's the exciting stuff:
When the Halo 3 beta is released, the Download Halo 3 Beta option will be activated automatically and you can choose it to connect to Xbox Live Marketplace to download the beta, free of charge, and with no codes required."

They’ve been working the past few years and have become proficient in that department so I definitely think they are capable of such a feat. Their BC through emulation that can natively upscale blows my mind and gives them an advantage over competitors using multiple hardware settings which requires higher clock speeds and produces more heat.
I caught Chaos Theory on sale and was actually blown away by how it scaled on the One X.
I imagine that they'll carry over the functionality of the X regarding playing previous gen games to the series X.
They better have good support for backwards compatibly.... Since they have no 1st pay games LMAO 😂
“compatibly”, “1st pat games”: Are those supposed to be “compatibility” and “first party games”? Doesn’t really come across as an adult. No disrespect, legit question: is English not your first language?
And xbox one games, there are many underperformed 3rd party games that needs frames boost.

I hope I got into the "rule of three" phase before I have to waste any money on Junkdown just to play the beta!
Spending $60bucks to play a beta demo is wasting money. Plus, the beta demo is only going to available for a few days anyway. Take that 60 bucks and use it to payoff the real full-game.
CRACKDOWN IS A GREAT GAME.
IT IS GETTING GREAT REVIEWS, AND THE DEMO IS LIGHTING UP THE COMMUNITY BECAUSE IT'S A BLAST TO PLAY.
CRACKDOWN ISN'T JUST A BETA INVITE, IT'S A GREAT GAME TOO.

BTW: You must have your Crackdown disc in the system to get the demo- if someone tries to resell you a Crackdown disc so you can "both" have the beta, or if you're selling your copy because you think having bought it gives you some invisible code, you'll be SOL. You must actually have the game at time of download.
Are we still even being considered or is it now limited to Crackdown owners??
Not saying Crackdown is a bad game, but it didn't catch my attention very well. I do like the vehicles though .. :-)
If you registered online and got accepted, you are in. Crackdown is just another way to get into the Halo3 Beta, along with playing Halo2 for three hours straight.
