I'm not sure it was the first "killer" VR game, but it certainly felt like a big step forward in many regards.
The fact that it's such a cherished IP got it noticed, but it's gone on to get much warranted acclaim and is definitely up there with the best VR games imo.

If valve brings this out on playstation for psvr2 then ill be all over it like white on rice!!
