I cancelled my subscription last year. Humble Monthly was great. Once they changed everything to Humble Choice it really went downhill. They used to give 2 or 3 big games and a few cool indies. Each month I'd get at least 2 or 3 games I was genuinely interested in playing. Now it's 1 big-ish game, and a bunch of obscure really niche indies. That's not what I signed up for. Literally months would go by without a single game I was interested in. It seems like Humble as a whole started going downhill after IGN bought them.

I'm on the classic plan, as an old subscriber, so this doesn't affect me at all, I already pay 12$ a month. But I've been skipping every single month since March 2021, so...

It does affect you. Because now if you pause a single month you will lose that 20% store discount for an entire year.

Well, they have just lost a lot of sales from me. One of the reasons why I would use Humble Bundle was because that 20% would often beat every other price out there. I'm not staying subscribed every month just to hold on to that.

They need to go back to prioritising quality over quantity to stop me from pausing. Their monthly bundles are often worse than Fanatical's regular bundles these days.

Also, they may as well ditch the Humble Choice name and go back to Humble Monthly.
