GTFO is one of the most stressful co-op games available. Collaboration, coordination, and accuracy are ALL required.
10 Chambers still "seriously" considering a GTFO console version, as the studio discusses some of the hurdles in porting the game.
I've never heard of it. IllI'have to see what its about. It definitely sounds like it'll come to console at some point though.
I don't know why MS or Sony doesn't offer studios who make games like GTFO, Lethal Company, Phasmopobia etc to provide a team or cash to port these games exclusively for their system. They'd be such easy little wins for each system and it shouldn't take much money, considering the size of the companies.
In a special event organized by 10 Chambers, we got to experience the conclusion of GTFO and get a first look at Den of Wolves.
In celebration of the game's final expansion, 10 Chamber Games have announced GTFO Final Edition, featuring all the game's content.
I got into it since day 1 Early access. The ideas are good and the approach is unique....but that's really it. There's really little co-op other than needing your team members to provide DPS on to the horde or to carry equipment that you can't carry.
I'm fairly disappointed that the team behind Payday basically learnt nothing from co-op mechanics in Payday. Yes the game is hard but only because the game is imbalanced ammo and health wise. Once you figure out how to deal with the horde the game is manageable and you'll see that for such shallow mission objectives the game overly stretches the game time unnecessarily.
Can't say i'd recommend this game.
