Hope the gameplay isn't boring.. I'd honestly prefer they take SA2 and improve it, such a fun game that was. Dunno how i feel about an open world game, assuming it is like that.

That'll be open world then, anyway only thing I liked about the sonic games after SA were the music. Hopefully the game is good this time.

Yeah I know what you mean, the big thing I love about Sonic games is that each level always had great overall level themes and designs.

If it's a full on open world it feels like it could just be huge green fields, maybe a snowy mountain peak and a dry canon or something, maybe some caves.

Not like you're going to see something like Star Light Zone, Wing Fortress Zone, Spring Yard Zone, Chemical Plant Zone or Casino Night Zone.

Looks great but of all the open world hub Sonic games only two games are good and they're over 20 years old.
They have to deliver this time considering this is technically a year away not counting potential delay.

Hopefully they take note of the fan projects of recent years that have already been refining this concept for them

The trailer was epic, but I think everyone had the samr sentiment... they have been burnt from Sonic before.

Shockingly I was more interested in the movie than the game. I am shocked. Knuckles?! They seriously did a good job. Hell a great job. What the hell world am I in that that makes sense?! The movie has me more hype than the game? What?!
