Because the Halo Infinite beta is essentially the full game, it's really only a beta in name. I guess what the voters played has impressed them enough for their vote, and if the campaign is as good as the reviews have said, then that only reinforces its position.

There'll be a lot of hype playing into this result, no doubt.

What I love most about these is they narrow it down to 5 titles and then call it the players voice, if it were actually the players voice wouldn't you just have a massive list of titles released in 2021 and let players pick from ALL the games, not just the ones chosen by them? lmao

They started out with 30 games, that's still a really small list compared to all possible 2021 releases especially when there's stuff like Fortnite on there, which has no business being on a 2021 list anyway :/

It’s funny because the list is almost the same as the regular nominees but replaced ratchet & clank and psychonauts 2 with 2 Xbox games and one of which isn’t even out yet.
