We're remastering remasters within a month of release.

Have to love the state of videogames today.

This isn’t from rockstar

MadLad428d ago

I never said it was.

The fact that people are already improving on a modern day remaster a month after launch; and the fact that most people are dissatisfied with the actual release says a lot.

Gamers care more about the state of the product they need to purchase than those providing it.

Every game get mods within a month of release and graphic mods are the most popular. GTA just happened to already have texture pack mods done for the older versions of the games

Terry_B428d ago

nah..probably 90% of all games ever released..on PC have no mods at all.

MadLad428d ago

Well that's complete nonsense you pulled out of thin air.

CrimsonIdol427d ago (Edited 427d ago )

whether or not it's a fact (and the "probably" shows it's a guess) "90% of games ever released..on PC have no mods at all" is truer than "Every game get mods within a month of release" though, which is demonstrably false, if you want to pick on a comment to @ as complete nonsense.

SDuck427d ago

@CrimsonIdol I thought it was obvious I was not being literal. Most PC games are indies or MMOs or live service games that don't allow for mods. My initial argument about GTA having premade texture packs on older games still remains though

When fans do a better job than rockstar.

SDuck428d ago

They already had. That's why Rockstar felt the need to take down mods for the older versions of the games
