Retro Highway is a mobile title ported to Switch that very much feels like a mobile title ported to Switch. This is an endless racer of sorts where you take your bike down the highway, avoiding collisions, hitting ramps for sweet stunts, and collecting coins to buy better bikes. Dave writes: "There’s a shelf-life on your enjoyment with Retro Highway. Your time with it will be measured in minutes rather than hours, as its lack of variety between tracks means that motivation isn’t going to stick around for the long haul. But while you’re in the driving seat, it’s a short, bite-sized version of the classics it emulates, and that might be enough for a test drive."
Neil writes: "Previously having done the rounds on mobile, it's now time to head on down the Retro Highway on Xbox consoles."
"Out Run innovated video games in 1986, bringing its advanced hardware and soundtrack to the arcade screen. Road Rash took the motorcycle racing genre further with its graphics and speed on consoles in 1991. With Retro Highway, Dumb Luck Games is looking to bring influences from both games to the mobile screen."
