NEW YORK (AP) - Americans may be cutting back on holiday shopping, but they are still buying video games - nearly $3 billion's worth in November, according to data from market researcher NPD Group.
Che, I wish I could have gotten video games this holiday season -.-' though I got a guitar instead which I suppose is still pretty good, but hard as hell to relearn after not playing for 7 years :3. Though wasn't their an article just yesterday that stated gaming companies were being at least somewhat affected by the recession? These numbers seem to indicate it probably was hit SOMEWHAT, but not as much as other places seemed to have indicated.
