Well... that's not surprising. It's CDPR we're talking about here.

Funny how this used to be said with positivity.

Never has a developer dropped the ball so badly. I doubt CP2077, as a potential franchise, can come back from this reputational damage.

Even NMS was nowhere near as big of a cock up as this game at launch and what Hello Games have done since is nothing short of a miracle in developing terms. I just don't see it being possible to do the same for CP2077.

I was so about to type that same comment. It’s incredible seeing people go from CDPR being the best company for consumers to, well, how that guy perceives them.

I will say that this needed to happen because I am sick and tired of these “fake” gameplay videos to pitch the idea of “what could be”. CDPR should’ve just been transparent and focused this game for next-gen consoles without ever announcing it until it’s like 1-2 years away from being released.

That being said, Cyberpunk is far from being the worst game and I completed getting every achievement and I had fun for the most part. That experience is unique to me, I get it, but it’s my experience nonetheless.

What I find seriously amusing is how when the game released it was initially getting amazing reviews and praise all over the place.

That praise disappeared once the console versions were looked into.

Therefore it is very clear to anyone with critical thinking skills that the game is actually great. But the bugs hinder the great experience.

Funny considering five years a go there were the top dogs after the Witcher 3. Crazy to see how much they fallen with Cyberpunk.

Wonder how buggy the DLC will be?

CDPR confirms 2022 has been delayed to 2023.

I like that they are trying to set expectations.

I do not like that time after time they are failing to meet expectations.

CDPR should be taking a new silent approach on things. Announcements on timelines should not be made unless they know it will be met.
