I'm kinda surprised more companies don't do this. More and more games available through BC on Xbox consoles are getting remasters these days.

Choice is always better for the customer. That's why.

neutralgamer1992350d ago

Why haven't have released any gameplay from remasters? They are supposed to release these remaster s soon yet we haven't even seen any screen shots

ZeekQuattro350d ago

It's going to sell regardless. They probably don't feel the need to. Either that or something went wrong with the ports. They'd probably want to avoid a Sonic Colors situation.

Knightofelemia351d ago

Pull the cheaper ports to make people pay more for the newer ports.

LucasRuinedChildhood350d ago (Edited 350d ago )

Exactly. It sounds like they've just found a way to mark up the price to €60/€70 on these old games without any big improvements.

Digital is the future! Only chuds buy physical.

?

When was the last time you think they printed a physical version of these games?

spss11350d ago

I mean... if someone bought these games digitally then it's still in their library. I can download and play my copy of GTA 3 from Steam at anytime.

And as @Atom666 pointed out, they haven't printed a new physical copy in years...

RedDevils349d ago

Still have my triology in my library.

Hofstaderman349d ago

Exactly. I have my ps2 copies of GTA3, Vice City and San Andreas sitting on a shelf with my OG PS3 sharing a spot with my ps4 on the TV shelf. I ain't paying 60 Dollars for jack. They should have overhauled the archaic mechanics at least
