How in the world did eFootball get 9/8/9/8?

Same score as Metroid. Must a typo right?

I remember back when FFXIII came out with a perfect score(or close) on Famitsu that reviews from them might be bought...

But these days who knows. Far cry 6 has a 4/10 and a 10/10 review. Reviews are all over the place these days.

I would assume it is graded on a different scale. You ask anyone what the best movie of 2019 was, a majority would point to Endgame. Academy awards went with Parasite, a movie I never would have heard of. They have football fans play these games and compare them to other football games.... dont take it as ignorance.

Popularity certainly is not a statement of quality. Parasite was a very good film, so people who had not heard of it had there attention drawn to something they may not have watched. Whatever you perspective it seems well regarded by those that saw it latterly. Endgame did not need further exposure. I enjoyed Endgame but Parasite left a deeper impression on me. These things are inherently subjective.

eFootball is an utter mess, incomplete and buggy. It is objectively unfinished by the admission of the developers. As someone who enjoyed the previous games it plays and looks atrocious..

It’s Famitsu

Konami is a Japanese company and any Japanese well known studio gets a pass

Either that or they are just super easy to please

Famitsu are shills. 90% of their content are shill pieces. Konami heavily advertises with them, so they won’t slag their games off.
