The Battlefield games have had excellent highs, but hasn't been without its low points, either. Here they all are, ranked.
PS5 Pro owners will be in for a treat with the new Battlefield game currently being developed by DICE based on playtester info.
While thats great... keep in mind that COD has been 120 FPS on PS5 for quite some time... and even supports 120 FPS on Series S. So it would be nice if they could push for 120 FPS on base consoles in the new Battlefield as well.
DICE is changing the gun customization in the new Battlefield game, and it's one that emphasizes balance and personalization.
The in-development new Battlefield game will feature body-dragging, and we have our first look. Squad emblems confirmed too.
BF3 and 2142 still hold as my favorite in the series. Two of some of the only online shooters I ever dipped hundreds of hours into.
I'm still waiting for the day they remaster/remake 2142 (2143).
I'm in the minority that prefers BF3 over the rest. I clocked an unhealthy amount of hrs on that game, almost 4k to be exact lol and I'm not even a huge fps fan since I rather play 3rd person open world games. BF3 was special at least for me.
I'm don't know why but to me Battlefield 1 is my personal favourite. It came out at a time where Call of Duty was all jet packs and whatever, it just seemed the market was crying out for something authentic and a bit more grounded at that time and DICE imo nailed it. 100% my favourite online shooter from last gen.
