VRFocus finds a short and empty title that's more VR experience than a fully-fledged videogame.
Rhythm of the Universe: IONIA is a narrative adventure game in the vein of Vader Immortal, wherein you traverse a lush Pandora/Ferngully style environment in order to help save it’s inhabitants. While short and simple, this lush world is full of character and a great start to an alleged series.
COG writes: Rhythm of the Universe: Ionia's enticing premise gives way to a disappointing, simplistic experience that despite some attempts to utilize VR’s potential, has you too often watching instead of playing.
Sector talked with developers of Rhythm of the Universe: Ionia about development of the game, pushing the boundaries of VR, versions for PSVR and Quest, and even about the future of virtual reality.
