Genshin Impact Version 2.1 has brought in a lot of cash its first week, with $151 million generated through September 1 to September 7.
I mean, is this game really that good?
My daughter and I play it daily. And with the game only expanding every Month, it's already huge now even though their mapped out plan has over 6 years still on it. It's free. Try it out and you'll know for sure in the first hour if it feels good for you.
I probably will. Thanks for the reply!
It is not that difficult spending 10's of hours playing Genshin Impact. The only beef I have with the game is the fact that you can't restart the game unless you create a different account. Of course because the game is essentially free it is possible to get sucked into paying money (hence the massive profits) for extra or expanded features. BTW. Neverwinter (if you like MMO's) is also a free game and like Genshin Impact you don't have to spend any real money (if you don't want to) to enjoy the game, however unlike GI you can restart the game and create a different character (you can even delete a character, if you want ). In addition in Neverwinter it is possible to earn (fast dungeon crawling with other players) the "equivalent" of real money to purchase cosmetic items and extra features.
Sheesh. That's a looooooooooooot of money hahaha I haven't tried it out, but I see it's one of the trending MMORPG title now. Maybe someone can say if it's good or not?
It's not an MMO, more of an open-world action RPG with a multiplayer option that lets other players into your world and help out but all of it can be played alone.
Oh, my bad. Didn't really look into this game. Thanks for letting me know :)
So its a money pit just like Fartnite and Scam Citizen.
Star Citizen is more or less the scam. Fortnite as much as people hate it, is not a scam, you can play the game 100% without spending a dime. Genshin Impact also, you can play most of it without spending anything and by the time you may want to spend any money, you'll have already sunk in more hours than a normal RPG and if you don't want to spend anything, well then that's still a choice. Star Citizen is asking you to pay real money for the promise of a "finished product" that is perpetually stuck in alpha due to feature creep. They're not even in the same category.
never go full retard.
