Saw the movie years ago, wasn't interesting. Had no clue it got this big with a sequel and video game.

I thought it was alright at the time being that it was one guy trying to create something by writing, producing and directing a personal vision. Even voicing his own character.

Same with Monty Oum before he died if you remember him like with Icarus. Super Hot's red, black and white colors reminds me of Icarus.

I don't think Bean is the internet sensation like the title suggests. I just like seeing when creators at last try to make something entertaining on their own against the odds.

Okay I wasnt aware that it was a one man production at the time of seeing the movie up until reading your comment. I wasn't trying to trash the guys work, but at the time hen I saw it people around me were saying it was good. I watched the first half and for some reason was unable to finish it and never went back. Basically why I say it wasn't interesting because it didn't pull me back in.

Unfortunately I can't look at it now because I gave away my DVD collection, maybe I can find it online and rewatch.

Okay, I just watched thr Icarus video and that was a great short movie, lots of action. I reminded me of John Woo's movies, I can't remember which, haven't seen it in years, but there was a scene in an old church. I think Hard Boiled or The Killer, now I'm racking my brains and have to rewatch both soon.

Just finished Haloid, I liked the fight choreography and it being over the top perfectly fit its sci fi futuristic setting.

Oh. It's completely fine if you didn't like it. I liked the shooting and the music. It was corny. Very basic CGI.

As for Monty, that guy had potential as a great animator. But he died. He understood how having each character have their own identity. His potential was lost forever. Remember this?
