Activision Blizzard shareholders have filed a class-action lawsuit, alleging that the company made misleading statements in annual reports to investors.
An independent UK developer says it’s been forced to announce and postpone its game on the same day, and lay off more than half of its staff, due to the sharp downturn in investment in the games industry.

This lawsuit will not be impactful. Shareholders file lawsuits all the time with many corporations when there's bad press. Some of the shady business practices done in the past like ridiculous micro transactions, loot boxes, and so on done by big video corps like Activision and EA were to please the shareholders and not necessarily to benefit gamers. I feel indifferent about this situation
The shills in the other thread told me to feel bad for not caring for billion dollar corporations who actively go out their way to harm their employees and sabotage attempts at forming unions.
