Greg Coulthard has ported The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion's Imperial City in Unreal Engine 5 and used Lumen, Nanite and Echo.
I mean... cool but not impressive at all for ue5
With mods it can already look much better than this, sans character models and lighting.
For a while there I thought there was gonna be a screen wipe effect and we'll get to see the amazing UE5 version.
