The new Dying Light 2 update is finally here, transforming the zombie FPS into a brutal roguelike that you can try for yourself right now.
This sounds great. Really looking forward to the 3D audio tech in full swing, but the DualSense is, as they say in the article, the real "game changing feature" and I bet using the bow is going to be a treat!
Dualsense implementation alone makes the PS5 version of a multiplatform game a better choice.
I can't imagine playing playing Returnal onother platform without Dualsense and 3D audio.
What is the difference between 3D Audio and Dolby Atmos?! Its all marketing. Also, the haptics in the dual sense are really not much different than the rumble feature in the Series X controller. Xbox has had force feedback in triggers in their controllers since Xbox One. Literally the only difference in the Dual Sense is it feels like there are more vibrating motors in the Dual Sense. This is a double edged knife as that also kills the battery MUCH faster. Yall are being tricked by Sony's marketing to think these are some new features but they're pretty much the same thing just called something different! Im sure they could easily implement the slightly more advanced haptics into the Xbox controller, and maybe they will at some point. But dont fall for the marketing, both features are virtually the same!

Who the hell even uses vibration and those stupid trigger effects anyways lol
The first game took my by surprise, so I’m sure the sequel will be great. I hope they expand the level of detail for gore (it bothers me when all zombies are cut along the same 10 lines at elbows, knees and such).
At the very least, the 3D audio sells me. The first game was bonkers at night, and improved audio will not go to waste.
