How to Use Microsoft Edge on Xbox Series X/S

As it is known, all Xbox Series X/S consoles come with Microsoft Edge as the default browser on the system. Microsoft Edge comes pre-installed and you can only use Edge as a browser.

The edge browser on console is actually pretty decent - you can even stream Steam games etc to your Xbox. It certainly beats not having a browser…

they dont let you delete system applications anymore, the days of having freedom of choice are over on Windows PC, and most certainly over on consoles.

Can you delete system apps on Playstation? just curious.... as far as PC's go, you can delete anything on there.

But seriously, why would you want to remove something as small and as inconsequential as a built-in browser? Does it takes hundreds of gigabytes of space? Does it show up every time you boot up your PC?

I swear some people on this hate MS so much that it drives them nut to do even the most useless thing.

Why would any sane person use that browser?

wow edge is the worst everyone knows this despite how often microsoft tries to make it your default browser with every update lol

Its not limited to the browser either. My default search engine is normally Google. After the most recent Windows update it switched to Bing and acted like it didn't want to let me switch back. lol

happened to me too. i had to google how to switch it back. pain the butt. very intrusive! makes me want to switch to linux
