These numbers might be totally wrong coming actual FY results.

They are typically fairly accurate, though not perfect. But, yes they've been under the rumor category for a while

No. Typically they're off by hundreds of thousands and take months to correct their figures even when real figures are released by the manufactures. I remember they had the PS3 undercounted by over a million units for six months after Sony unveiled actual sales figures. Just never bothered to correct. At the end of the day, it's just a fan run blog with almost zero sample sizes and they've become even less relevant over the years and they have no way of tracking digital sales which make up such a large part of software sales these days. Always better to go by reports from actual market analysts and research firms as opposed to these fan blogs.
