Nintendo has finally announced its plans for E3 2021.

They'd better show a lot more than that. I haven't played my Switch in ages. I want to see Switch Pro, Metroid Prime 4, Bayonetta 3, Breath of the Wild 2, and I want to see some nice surprises like maybe a new Star Fox or Punch Out! Also I'd love to see a next gen version of Kirby Planet Robobot or new Pikmin.

A 40-minute Nintendo Direct will air on June 15th at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET / 5 PM in the UK / 6 PM in Europe, featuring Switch titles “mainly releasing in 2021.”

Seems odd to me that Nintendo's plans are on the last day.

My exepectation are very very low. I don't even want new IP from Nintendo. I just want new games. Give me anything to make me play my switch again like Mario Odyssey 2, Mario Kart 9 or Metroid Prime 4.

I know people usually get their hopes way too high for Nintendo news, but I do believe that this E3 is going to be huge for them. It's been quite awhile since any big announcements, and it would honestly be pretty disastrous if they don't drop some big hitters. A new Switch model seems likely using DLSS or similar, it's the Zelda anniversary, and Metroid, Bayonetta and No More Heroes 3 are all long overdue for gameplay reveals. Something Mario related is almost a given as well. More Pokemon news, perhaps even DLC for Animal Crossing. Definitely one or two more Smash characters.

Making a random prediction now. Western release of the Crossbell arc of Legend of Heroes announced during the Nintendo conference.

The good news is that the Wii U library has basically been ported over, so people shouldn't worry about re-released titles.
