Horizon Forbidden West Looks Stunning In 4K PS5 Screenshots

Horizon Forbidden West has received its first PS5 gameplay footage and some brand new screenshots to go along with it that are captured on the PS5.

To be fair, Killzone 1 wasn't great. The difference in quality between Killzone 1 and 2 was a big jump for GG as well.

I also like it and they could do a remaster of the franchise. But GG is one of the studios that grow so much gen after gen. Their work is up there. They are already one of the top dogs.

Seems to be a big step up. If they make it that good that it holds up against actual brawlers open then it will add a lot to the game.

Yes your right. I think melee combat will be more complex, there was a combo with more than 4 hits in the video.!
I really hope they make better towns more credible and interactive than before.

So the game is made with the PS4 in mind too. Bit disappointing, that, seeing that it's not a game specifically built for the PS5, but at the same time, it's encouraging that a game looks this good and probably isn't stretching what the new gen of systems are actually capable of. I suppose we'll have to wait for the new proprietary engines, but either way, it's still very much proof that even a base PS4 is still capable.

Nah, I'm definitely hoping the game has a 60fps mode like all of Sony's other PS5 games so far. It would be a shame to go backwards. It's also a PS4 game so it seems very unlikely that it won't have a 60fps option.

Will be playing R&C: Rift Apart in 60fps as well.
