I understand it's hard to review a game like this. But I feel they gave it a 5 because they didn't seem to know what they where doing.
It's really not hard. The reviewer played for 10 hours yet didn't manage to build any sort of base? Simply looking at the crafting menu pretty much tells you what you need to do to start off. Stone hatchet and a stone axe just needs a bit of wood and stone. Once you have these then building a base is pretty simple. Cut a few trees down and a 4x4 base complete with door and lock is up and built in 5 minutes. Then the fun of expanding begins.
