Well... I'd like to think that now is the worst time and prices will come down next year...
Now is the worst time to buy accessories. We are still seeing higher demand from the pandemic and the effects for the chip shortages. If you can wait, wait until later this year when things return to normal.
If you look around a bit, you can find very nice RBG mice and keyboards (even mechanical) on the cheap. Spent about 30 bucks on both, and they're great. Don't underestimate the chair either, I just got 3 Herman Miller Sayl office chairs ($500 chair) for $75 each on craigslist. Often times people clear out office space and sell the stuff, sometimes not knowing what it's really worth.
I'm good 😊 Using a Corsair K70 LUX RGB keyboard (double shot keycaps) with a Glorious Model D mouse. 1000hz each. I was looking at the 4000hz Corsair keyboard and the 8000hz Razer mouse but, they are totally not worth it at all. Unless maybe your earning lots of $$ doing competitive esports gaming and need them, along with the 360hz LCDs. 240hz is just perfect right now. Oh if anyone likes the feel of the Razer Deathadder mice I would definitely look at the Glorious Model D mouse. It's just maybe 1-2mm smaller but overall it feels the same as the Deathadder mice. I gave up on Razer mice after years of them well falling apart, the rubber side grips always fell off within a year. I went through 5 Deathadders and I'm done 😁
I’ve had the Logitech G610 keyboard and Gpro mouse for about a year now and although both are absolutely brilliant. They’re both still too loud for me. Any recommendations on items of similar quality, just quieter??
