One PlayStation fan has took it upon themselves to craft their own version of the game using Media Molecule's Dreams!
That's pretty impressive tbh. Dreams is a great creation tool and if you stick to using community assets it's actually very easy to use as well.
yeah i actually sat here watching gameplay for six minutes and decided i'd stop and play it sometime in the future
I was pumped when they enabled VR games in Dreams and can't wait for the PS5 upgrade. It's going to benefit from that awesome SSD no end! Also, multiplayer games will be huge in Dreams.
These people never cease to amaze me with their creativity. This was an excellent creation. That said, it looks like Dreams is slowly losing track with the masses, it's a shame. I'm wondering what Sony can do to raise awareness with the general gaming public. For starters, a ps5 upgrade and a refreshed marketing campaign are needed. Secondly, I think it would be optimal if they released Dreams on PC with cross-play enabled (cross-platform creation/library sharing). Perhaps push the game to schools (donate ps4/5s with Dreams installed) and young aspiring game designers out there as a learning tool and introduction to game design respectively. I really wish Sony has plans to support this game.
Dreams is awesome. They need to expand it onto PC.
Pretty good. I'll have to boot up my copy of Dreams & try this out & give the creator an upvote.
thats actually impressive as hell
I really think Sony missed the opportunity on this game this could have been their Minecraft and then some but they're really missed how they handle the marketing and even now. Has a PlayStation fan this needs to come to PC and there has to be cross play or like sharing between the two platforms is what I mean.
Damn that looks awesome and better than any new Xbox First Party game I've seen running on the new Xbox Series consoles and this is made by some random dude. Maybe Xbox should buy this guy and his Studio.
Man I’m extremely impressed with Dreams. I feel like I should give this a try. Does anyone know if the 3D modeler UI is similar to Maya? That’s the only application I have experience with 3D modeling and rigging.
