VGM: Call of Duty: World at War Review

Call of Duty: World at War is a solid first-person shooter that succeeds despite some flaws and the seemingly unavoidable negative comparisons to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. The Campaign storyline may not have the unexpected twists and turns that Modern Warfare's story had, but it's still an enjoyable and action-packed experience with a nice reward upon completion: the surprisingly fun Nazi Zombie mode. Add the multiplayer modes of play to the package, which are still addictive and will easily log tens of hours of gameplay on their own, and you've got what amounts to a lot of value for your investment.
