MHHQ - Tencent requires Monster Hunter Outlanders mobile game devs to play World for 500 hours, a job listing claimed.
~25% of annual hours worked for a full-time employee, not including overtime. Doesn't seem unreasonable and kind of expected, IMHO.
A large vinyl collection has been announced for Silent Hill 2 and looks great.
Uncovered details reveal cancelled Ultimate Spider-Man 2 would have featured playable Green Goblin, snowy NYC, and storylines with Doctor Doom and Daredevil.
With how well Metal Gear Solid 2/3 and the Ratchet & Clank Collection run on the Vita, there's no excuse for why God of War Collection and Jak & Daxter Collection run as poorly as they do.
And wait, Max Payne? ....I don't think you can play that on the Vita, unless you're talking about Remote Play, which shouldn't count.
Vita forever! Vita is life. :)
Didn't know the PS Vita could run PS2 games. That's one less excuse for Sony not making it possible on the PS3 (except for a tiny handful of titles), PS4 (same), and PS5...
I actually played MGS 2 & 3 for the first time on Vita and was blown away with how good the ports were. Luckily I played the God of War and Jak & Daxter collections on PS3, so any issues were avoided. Sly 1 was fun enough on Vita; I've heard 2 and 3 are better games. Recently, I picked up the Ratchet & Clank Collection on Vita (despite playing through on PS3 already), and it's also a solid port. The camera is noticeably sluggish at first, since I think it's running at 30 fps instead of 60 fps, but after subsequent play sessions you don't even notice it anymore. FFX is also a fantastic port well worth your time (though I'm currently stuck on a boss in a mountain pass). The Bard's Tale also works really well on the Vita, and I hope more people give it a chance.
