Personally I think the game is f****** amazing and it was idiotic to release it so broken. I waited and got it for 20 bucks so I'm actually okay with them doing what they did lol.

crazyCoconuts1092d ago

that's good to hear. I got it for xmas and it's still shrink wrapped, and i'm waiting for the ps5 version to play. hoping it'll be a great experience by then

RosweeSon1092d ago

I treated myself to the half price collectors edition it’s actually pretty decent. Glad I didn’t pay £250 😅 for it 🤣. However yeah defiantly wanna wait for that Ps5 version and probably another 2-3 months worth of updates 😏😜✌🏻

arkard1092d ago

I did the refund and they never took the game back k. I also price matched the game down to 30$ on its first sale. So I got paid 30$ to own Cyberpunk lol. Just waiting on Ps5 patch

enkiduxiv1092d ago

Adam Badowski gave me 10,000 dollars to try the game. I then refunded it and got the sixty dollars from Sony.

mattyhaxxx21092d ago

My buddy bought it on Xbox one so just game shared with me. I didn’t pay a cent. I’ve been enjoying it so far.

I am glad they are at least slowly but surely fixing the game. I was able to have a full playthrough on my Series X with only 3 crashes and 1 game breaking bug that didn't allow me to 100 percent the game. I am sure i will eventually revisit night city, but I also didn't experience anything too terrible in my 165 hours of play. My playthrough on my PS5 was pretty terrible, so I had to stop playing all together because in just around 7 hours of play, i experienced 11 crashes. Going to hold off on a PS5 playthrough until the next gen update for sure. Had multiple other buddies who all just play on their PS5's and it seems their experience was similar to mine. Can see why Sony removed it from their store front.

waverider1092d ago

Damn, is this still news? How many patches have they make. No doubt this game will brake records on that area

Ninver1092d ago

They'll be polishing this turd for years.

CantThinkOfAUsername1092d ago

If the game is eventually good, why is this a bad thing?

Ninver1091d ago

Shouldn't have to wait till it's "eventually good". False promises and lies will forever haunt CD

Aussiesummer1092d ago (Edited 1092d ago )

Hot fix it out the window.

Well they are using unreal engine now thanks to there work culture and horrific job on making cyberpunk so for the future no impact.

But it will be interesting to see what mods will be made

7 disagrees shows how many look at one dlc that had a rip off fight from ghost in the shell and goes wow what a goat team i love cdpr while ignoring that they only made 2 games that were good witcher 2/3 in 20yrs.

But its a new world we want a criminal that support's legal murder as president/support shoplifting love toxic work environments and have a mass casualty event every other day.

GhostMirror2d ago

I’ll admit I didn’t play it at launch, but Cyberpunk 2077 is a really good game now.

And who the hell knows what you’re even going on about in your second paragraph here.

EazyC3d ago

Wait a min...I swear to god CP2077's source code got leaked before. CDPR needs to stop using "password123" for all their accounts 😅

just_looken3d ago

Na its hundreds ex employees no doubt just getting there revenge.

Profchaos2d ago (Edited 2d ago )

This is the same leak the threat actors have been trying to sell the source code after cd project didn't pay the ransom.

They didn't manage to sell the source code to any company largely because it would be unethical for say EA to buy it so the threat actors failed to find a buyer.

After they failed to make any money they went through with their threat of simply giving it away.

They will need to add everything they promised in the first one and not over promise on the second one.

just_looken3d ago

They also need to drop esg then hire employees that have knowledge not hire them because they have a set of tits.

Official video they hired people to fill the esg clipboard

Hofstaderman3d ago (Edited 3d ago )

As somebody who has been playing the tabletop games since the 90s and was let down on launch by my PS4 version, you can bet I'm not going the preorder any sequel.

3rd person option, and everything else that was originally promised. Next don't force agenda driven naratives. Finally, release a finished product without need for day one patches.
