If you've been waiting for the ultimate version of GTA 4, then this is it, providing you can put up with a fair amount of hassle to get the game running well and all the services you need to sign up to in order to play the game in the first place. The mouse and keyboard controls are great, the video editing suite is a brilliant bonus and the enhanced multiplayer is what the game really needed. There's no doubt about it. GTA 4 is one of the best games of the year.

With PC's its often buggy on one machine and while on others no problems will appear. So the bugs that being reported might only happen with 10% percent of the people playing the game or 90%. It all depends on the hardware.

Cant wait to play it proper. Started on the ps3 and got so pissed with all those jaggies, stopped playing it, sold it and now a cant wait to play it 1920x1200 with everything whacked up full.

ha! I did exactly the same. I hated the jaggies and so decided to wait for the PC version.

I have a feeling that it's all gonna be another GTA 3 mess. I bought that for the PC and because of the poor frame rates I felt the console version was much better despite the pixelation. By the time they had made PCs capable of running GTA 3 at a decent frame rate the game was old and no longer state of the art.
