Forget hardware and fix the stupid Xbox launcher for PC that runs on windows. Garbage*2

The PC should never follow any console. The PC should always be at the forefront. This tech should have been in place way before any console posted the first info about it. I'm 100% sure it could have been done, but the lazy shit bags at M$ didn't do anything until they saw the consoles have it. How is the PC going to get pushed if they have to wait for the lower consoles. Kinda sad and pathetic.

SavageFlamingo1522d ago

It’s not that big of a deal.

Teflon021522d ago

So essentially your mad consoles got the 1 up on PC in a situation lol. PC had fast load times from NVMe for years. They had no reason to do that ATM. Now they do

XxINFERNUSxX1522d ago

Not mad, kinda annoying when the tech has been there all along and we have to wait for the consoles to use it. We all could have been using fast SSD tech probably for a few years, but they wait for consoles to use it first. I have a Switch but say for example it was on par with the current gen consoles, I would still want the PC to have all the tech first, everything else below, why have all these powerful PC components when the tech sits there not being used to the fullest. I wonder what else they are holding back on the PC...

That's what I was thinking. I've had NVMe since mid 2015. This delay or gap is no big deal.

Doesn't matter who is at the forefront. Tech is moving forwards, we should be happy that time saving tech exists now.

You do realize that in many cases, these are custom parts, programs, and solutions specifically designed FOR the consoles, yes?

Breakthroughs happen where they happen. You should be celebrating it's possible, not throwing a fit about where it happened first.

LOW-FI Demo Coming SOON

CG writes: We have been covering LOW-FI. for a number of years now when it first arrived on Kickstarter. Over the last year or so, development has been extremely slow. But today, Iris VR posted on the Kickstarter an update. Having now merged with Titan1Studios who has offered some financial incentives to finish the project. There’s also a slew of other projects, being worked on. But the biggest news is that they’re planning for a LOW-FI demo in the next couple of months around August. The demo will be a vertical slice of the game, focusing more on the flat screen version and allowing you to explore some of the club district area. A demo would be great for potential sales.

Review - Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army (Xbox Series S/X) | WayTooManyGames

WTMG's Leo Faria: "This is not a game without a handful of flaws, namely its underwhelming story and really ugly (human) character models. That being said, consider me a brand new fan of Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army, and the Devil Summoner subseries as a whole. I really enjoyed it being a faster-paced, action-oriented take on the Shin Megami Tensei formula, in an episodic format that makes it highly enjoyable in smaller sessions. It may have aged visually, but mechanically-wise, it still holds the hell (pun intended) up."
