If you are planning to get a new Playstation 3 or you want to add to your ps3 games collection, and don't want to get caught with sucky games. Here is a short list of must have games and games to avoid this holiday season.
Im sorry to be pedantic, but this guys grasp of the english language leaves a lot to be desired...diabolical writing! For shame...
No motorstorm pacific rift? I guess everyone must love shooters nowadays
Granted I'm not a 'hardcore' fan of the series, but seriously I've been having some fun with this game. Honestly I'd put it at least on the "maybe" list. "And most people said that the publisher prevents us to beat this game." -The author probably should have stated that it was the Wii version that was stated to have problems with end-game completion, I have not seen a story yet for the PS3 or the 360 version. As for camera angles, I've gotten far in the game if the camera starts to mess up on me while on a ledge I simply just move in a direction I am able to move to and it fixes itself. Which overall doesn't matter much anyway as I'm staring at the screen trying to figure out which direction to go anyway. Which leaves me staring at least for 5-10 minutes. -I'd put Mirror's Edge on the list it's pretty good to, and perhaps Disgaea, Rock Band 2 or Guitar Hero World tour [ though personally Rock band 2]
Id add ms2 to that list and it seems ideal.
Tomb raider Underworld must avoid ?? It has a 7.6 metascore and is listed with games raning from 4 to 6~ I haven't played a tombraider since tr2 but I'm not sure it belongs in a must avoid list , does it ?
I wouldn't say so I've enjoyed it so far, but then again I haven't played a tomb raider before [ granted I've watch a friend play and barely touched one but that was back when I was much younger. This was the first tomb raider on PSX to. ] Overall I wouldn't say it should be avoided, it's really nice [graphically] and I like the cutscenes and the puzzles that go with it. Camera angle shouldn't really keep one away from it since cameras are always messed up in some games where you have to move it around constantly. Overall I'd say it's well worth it :).
