Shame it's likely going to be stuck on Apple.

phoenixwing1098d ago

I like the final fantasy series and would love to play a game in the same vein but I just won't waste my money on an overpriced apple product.

spwittbold1098d ago (Edited 1098d ago )

That's fine. COntinue to stick with your super-cheap but sells all your informatino Google App ;)

DarkZane1098d ago

As if Apple wasn't doing exactly the same thing.

Angyobangyo1098d ago

@DarkZane, your point is moot. Both companies collect data, but Google is the one that sells your data to 3rd parties. Apple doesn't. Collecting and using your data are two different things.

Fact for you, Google pays Apple up to $12 billion to remain the default search engine on iOS and Safari. That’s because Google collects information about you through Google search, happening on your Apple devices. Which is about to change with iOS14.5 where Apple will introduce restricted targeted ads with stricter data collection from 3rd parties. This is what has got Facebook all upset.

All of them already know some deep details about you, most likely, unless you're taking extreme measures to hide it.

Eidolon1098d ago (Edited 1098d ago )

Kinda like Nintendo, really.

King_Noctis1097d ago

Nintendo doesn't make a $1000 phone/console. Their most expensive console right now is $300.

Eidolon1097d ago

Yeah, the Switch, it launched at $299.99 when the PS4 Slim was the same price. They don't have competitive pricing at all. If Wii U was $150-200, it would have fared so much better, but it really lacked the innovation that the Wii had, and now Switch. And, they do not do price cuts well.
But, I would say Apple has much better product quality and design. Also you can walk into an Apple Store with a broken iPhone XS and walk out with a brand new one that same day. Nintendo would probably laugh you out.

King_Noctis1097d ago

I think Apple Arcade now is good enough that it warrants owning an Apple device. Buy one secondhand is a good option if you don't want to spend too much.

jambola1098d ago

if only they released it somewhere that most of us cared to play it on

Positivelypositive 1098d ago

Finally the final fantasy game for apple devices! I am so excited I sold my galaxy note plus and bought an iphone because this is just a must play. Wait, no I didn't. That would be idiotic.

franwex1098d ago

I don’t mind buying a traditional game on my iPhone. What I don’t want is to subscribe.
