CG writes: Ambitious is an excellent single-word description for Eximius: Seize the Frontline. While not the first game ever to attempt to blend real time strategy with a first-person shooter, it may be the first game to try it on such a large scale from the ground-up instead of being a mod for an existing game or built from a mod. A wise man once told me that you can’t pay your bills with potential, however, and the same can be said for ambition.
CG writes: Here we play Ammobox Studios, Eximius Seize the Frontline rts/fps hybrid game on PC via Steam. This is a fun game right now but needs quite a bit of refinement to have mass appeal. In this video we play as an officer which basically lets you take on the opposition in first person mode. The Commander Mode allows you to play like a traditional RTS game, but within that you’re able to swap at the touch of a button to a playable commander character in first person to aid your troops.
