I’ve been playing since realease and the game has come a long way I still enjoy it I hope more people give it a try now since they’ve added features and content that should’ve been day one

Picked it up at GameStop on PS4 for $5 recently. Haven’t fired it up in my PS5 yet but will soon.

Taken from the article:
When talking about whether or not Fallout 76 is something worth playing in 2021, it helps that its last big update came just before the new year. Even better than Steel Dawn bringing new missions and stories to play out, it also brought the first official on-screen appearance of a group steeped in the series' mythology. The Brotherhood of Steel and Fallout are synonymous with one another, however the group was nothing but the subject of conversation up until now. The latest update finally allows players to meet some characters they might have heard of in past installments

Err....... Correct me if Im wrong, but having played all of the previous games, pretty sure that the BoS have made one or two appearances before

My take from this is in Fallout 76 they only talked about the BoS while with the new update you actually talk to the BoS

I think they're saying canonwise, this would be the first time in the timeline they've shown up in a game. Every game prior was always hundreds of year in the future. Whereas 76 is only 25 years after the bombs fell

No is not. Apart that I don't support the greedy and shameful stuff that Behtestha did with this game.

I've decided that I really, really dislike all of the updates to these online-only games - not that they aren't an improvement, but each time something gets added or changed, I want to go back and check it out. But in 76, since my level 80 toon was built on an older version of the game, it's not specced correctly, and I have all the wrong gear. So then I decide maybe I'll start over again. Then there's a new update for some other game (I'm glaring at you, No Man's Sky) so I drop 76 and go back to the other game, and again decide to start fresh. Then 76 gets another update, and back and forth and on and on and on.
