IGN writes: "Tomb Raider Underworld marks the second time the Eidos adventure series crossed the Nintendo DS path, and thanks to a new team at the helm this edition is a much improved and more faithful Tomb Raider experience on the handheld. The portable rendition isn't quite as fulfilling or epic as the console games even though the DS game shares the identical story and similar puzzle elements, but it's a nice throwback to the Prince of Persia inspiration thanks to solid 2D design.
The last time Lara Croft, the buxom but well-educated treasure-hunting tomb raider, skittered across a Nintendo DS screen was in Tomb Raider: Legend. It was a unique attempt at offering a portable adventure but pretty much missing the boat with a strange mix of 2D and 3D elements that, while offering a playable experience, never seemed to gel. An OK game, but it was clear that a better team could do a better job."
Despite its relatively modest reputation in the greater gaming landscape, Tomb Raider Underworld was a huge game for AI development.
Gamerheadquarters; "With there being over seven hundred games, here are the best deals and in general the best games you should be checking out on Xbox 360."
