How Nacon Cracked and Pirated The Sinking City

"The following video/blog post that we prepared shows how our former licensee NACON has cracked, hacked, changed our game’s code and content and illegally uploaded our game The Sinking City to Steam on February 26th 2021, in order to commercialize it under their own name without our knowledge. Some of you may have heard about our troubles in the past. This last action was the straw that broke our backs. Here is a step-by-step outline of how a French publisher stole, hacked, changed the source code, and tried to cover up the reporting trail. That’s too ballsy lol. It’s like confidence that they can get away with it kinda stupid. This author doesn’t sound so sure that it’s a slam dunk either. Like the contract stuff is fuzzy and they just want to move on. This game is buried in BS lol. Is this the same publisher that owns the old version and is the reason I don’t get a ps5 upgrade? If so I hope frogwares nails these bastards.

This is gross, even by industry standards.
I like Frogwares. They're releases typically hold their fair share of jank, but a lot of heart goes into their projects.

Sounds like a plot in a movie. Heck if that was in a movie, people would probably be thinking, "no way that would ever happen in real Life" ......Hopefully they get justice.
