It has vikings, Norse mythology, low-poly graphics, and fantasy elements. Still, Valheim hasn't quite captivated me yet, but it is easily one of the most polished, competent titles in Early Access to date.
There were several articles about pretty serious bugs. Issues with tombstones and save-game wipes. I think they're ironed out now, but bug-free this ain't...no game is lol.
bug-free does not means that there are literally 0 bugs. it means it doesnt suffer from issues that other early access games has, games like cyber punk 2077.
Then the more appropriate terminology, in my opinion, would be to say the game is in a very stable state. Or, at worst, "free of major bugs". Regardless, it felt funny to say because no version of that is true: https://www.gamesradar.com/... "If you are playing Valheim this weekend, please backup your world and characters," tweeted Iron Gate CEO, Richard Svensson. "The evil world-destroyer bug is still roaming free." This was a big bug that happened within the last several days. This thing ain't bug free, no matter your definition :-p
Yeah... pretty sure game breaking bugs, and massive exploits to level up on attacking team mates (with friendly fire off) are pretty serious. What an awful article.
