Yasunori Ichinose has revealed that the original plans for Monster Hunter Rise was to have loading screens between areas on the maps. Thankfully, that was the original plan and not the final one.
Nice. Any reduction in loading times or removing them all together is great news.
Excellent news is right! Granted, I understand the desire to use loading screens between areas, as it allows for better graphical detail and less strain from texture loading, but I am glad they decided to go the fluid route.
But I like getting hit into a loading screen.
