State of Decay's multiplayer tethering limits the storytelling potential of an otherwise brilliant game. The sequel can break these limits.

Many promising games there in my opinion (Stalker 2, Silent Hill, DS2 & The Casting of Frank Stone).
But my personal favorite based on gameplay trailers, is Still Wakes The Deep which is being developed by the Chinese Room and all of their games so far appealed to me.
"British heatwave" and the nostalgia of summer 2013, memories of the original State of Decay on Xbox 360 come flooding back. This game, despite pushing the limits of the aging console, captured the hearts of players with its immersive zombie apocalypse survival experience.
Hopefully Xbox will share more information regarding SoD3 on the upcoming big gaming events this year.

10 year anniversary! I believe I was there day one back on XBLA. Now they’re on to Unreal Engine 5. I’ll be keeping an eye on this.
