Although often overlooked in Supergiant's gameography, 2017's Pyre is a fantastic game that might be the developer's most inspired work.
Play both if you can. I know its 'cool' (required these days to get the hits) to be sensational and I dont blame them at all, because well, here I am, worked. But both are worth your time.
I never played pyre but hades is great. I was late playing hades but im really surprised how good and fun it is.
If you were late to the party how could you be surprised how good it is?! Were you late getting the internet too?
I really want to play Hades but I have a playstation
I really wish I could have gotten more into Pyre, but the sports-like battle engine really turned me off of the game. The rest of the game seemed so interesting too! Hades on the other hand is one of my all-time favorite video games. I'll be following Supergiant Games forever.
Just my opinion but I despised Pyre with a passion! Liked Bastion and Absolutely Loved Transistor!!! But Pyre, I couldn't delete that game fast enough from my hard drive! I would really like to try Hades though, if it ever comes to playstation.
I am waiting for Hades on playstation too
There is a timed exclusive switch deal going on or what?
Pyre made me stop following them till Hades sooo I'll pass.
Really? I think it's their weakest title, love all the other though
it's their most forgettable title
Well, after reading the article I'm just gonna play Pyre and forget about Hades all together.
Never even heard of this one. I played bastion and transistor for a bit. Both were great. I still have to play both pyre and hades now lol
The Hades fanbase just turned me off so much lmao. Rick and Morty tier tbh. All they talk about it how crap Last of Us 2 was compared to Hades in every single bloody goty article and act like they're the coolest people on the planet for liking a 2D indie game bahaha I'm sure the game is good but holy god damn the fanbase is lame
You just posted cringe
Yeah. I was super stoned when I wrote that and don't even really agree with it. I'm sure Hades is good. but I'm stubborn and can't admit when I'm wrong, so... I do see those comments on every goty article so I'll stand by it. **** the Hades fanbase
@Axe Understandable, have a good day.
The art style is incredible. It would be really cool if they released a physical deck building version of this game. This and the Darkest Dungeon.
