I grew up playing Resident Evil. So I already liked Survival Horror. But when Dead Space came out I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Such a beautiful game with amazing graphics for its time. And it totally nailed the Survivor Horror genre in a time when the genre was on a downswing. Its one of those games that only comes around so often.
I didn’t mind any of it. I think they even nailed the “final boss” which even the best games can get wrong. My favorite game is bioshock and that’s a prime example.
this doesnt make sense. without EA, there is no dead space. dead space was an EA game. period. how is EA responsible for "killing it"? they gave you the opportunity to play it. that makes them the good guy in this story, not the bad guy.
The best horror movie I've ever played. Part of what this game nailed so brilliantly was pacing. This opening levels is one of my favourite moments in the history of gaming. Stone cold classic
I couldn't get into these the first time I played them but recently I have had the urge to them another go. Bought 2 of them. Just need to find the first.
Dead Space was an outstanding game and the sequel was great too. Three, not so much.
I loved that Isaac didn't start out the game as some badass military, mercenary, or police and instead was an engineer who learned to bring the pain. Such a great horror game.
The entire game is a masterpiece.
One of the best games I've ever played! And thoroughly agree with this statement
EA need to Remaster these games!
Dead Space great franchise shame that it fell into that nightmare of a hell hole called EA
The game is fantastic.
