A month ago when Square Enix announced Tomb Raider Reloaded, every mobile gamer jumped in joy. But the happiness was short live because the beta version of the game is now available and Tomb Raider Reloaded has turned out to be nothing like what Square Enix promised.
Tomb Raider Reloaded's promising rogue-like mechanics are ultimately overshadowed by common mobile game missteps.
While its systems can become overwhelming, Tomb Raider Reloaded's fun and quick combat makes it great to pick up and play on mobile.
Yashvardhan writes, "Tomb Raider Reloaded is a new step in the series toward something it has not delivered in its history, but again this will not be appreciated by classic Tomb Raider fans given how different the console and PC versions are."
Yeah, 'cause Laura and Tomb Raider was totally intended to be aimed at the toddler demographic. Noooooooooopes
Sad, but hardly surprising.
"It's an Achero clone"
The whole article can be summarized by pretty much that.
At least the design of Lara is really great! :)
