IGN : Fallout New Vegas, Grounded, and Pentiment developer Obsidian has responded to a question about the ongoing comparisons between its next game, Avowed, and The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim by pointing to another of its previous games: The Outer Worlds.
This spiritual successor stands with the best of the Fallout series.
Just bought it for 16$ definitely ready to vibe in it, fallout 4 has been so mf fun my 1st time playing that one, if they updated the gameplay in new vegas some day I'd definitely play that too

I sort if disagree with The Getaway. Playing it all those years ago, it had a dodgy control system, more so vehicles, was slow and was graphically unfinished. The sequel was even worse and the third game on PS3 was canned. I think Sony should take both games and merge them into one (as with the soon to be released Max Payne 1 and 2). Weird how Sony messed up The Getaway never to be seen again.
The Outer Worlds for $16.99 is a killer deal. I'm going to get it, but man it's not in stock until Jan 12th. I suppose it's something to look forward to in 2021.
