Marvel released its latest game MARVEL Realm of Champions on the Google Play Store this week. Developed by Kabam Games, this entry into the Marvel universe is a real-time mobile multiplayer action-RPG game that gives players access to customizable Marvel characters. Heroes and villains from alternate timelines fight in Battleworld. Maestro, the creator of Battleworld, is mysteriously killed, creating a power vacuum for players to fill as they work to become the new champion.
Being already removed from Google Play, Marvel Realm of Champions has decided to end the services at the end of March 2022.
TSA writes: 3v3 MOBAs are a dime a dozen these days, which really shouldn’t be a surprise when you see the popularity League of Legends has enjoyed over the past decade. Theirs is a highly sought after business model, so tacking a Marvel license onto a simplified version of this gameplay formula is surely just going to print money, right?
