Nvidia just signed a multi-million dollar deal to create a whole load more RTX 30-series GPUs

But if you put in place something as serious as jail time the scalpers would think twice or more before even thinking about it :D You got to be over the top or people will still do it. A fine is nothing really they will do it again.

They should be signing a new deal with TSMC, not Samsung. TSMC has been shipping 5nm products for a few months but maybe Nvidia doesn't want to bid against Apple and AMD for manufacturing capacity.

TSMC do have a 5nm process. It's what Hopper is expected to be on in 2022
