I would buy this and Afrika! Sony Japan needs to get these experiences world wide now. Or at least on the US PS store.

Edit:
Well it looks like National Geographic is going to be the publisher of Afrika and Aqua in the west. My question is when?

ThatCanadianGuy5638d ago

I know man! I'd buy both those games day 1 !
Hopefully they come over to the west sometime in early 09.

You can order a Chinese/English version through PlayAsia. No need to wait for localization.

ohh nice... this is great... Finally Sony released a HDTV($1,500) + PS3($400) + Game($60) that can show HD fish as an alternative to a real fish tank ($100 [including fish]) that can hold fish in photo realistic graphics.

I am sure that with all the money MS is making of of the 360 and xbox live that a small portion of around $10 million probably goes towards some kind of charity or research...why does it only have to be cancer when there are so many other things out there as well?

My PS3 doesn't help cancer...i have it turned off. So your point is null and void there.

Bladestar5638d ago

ooops... I didn't know that all the money made on this fish game was going to be donated to the cure of cancer.

I mean, you wouldn't be talking about something completely unrelated would you? Hope you are not referring to folding... because as far I everyone know... Microsoft and bill gates have foundations dedicated to help people.

Also, if you are concern about helping these people find a cure... using your PS3 do not help as much as writing a check like some of us do. They would appreciate more a $400 check than you leave a PS3 on from time to time.

aiphanes5638d ago

Lets face it the Xbox 360 can not run [email protected] it could the folding@home team would have already created an app. There are NVIDIA and ATI based apps already.

But hey each there own. Folding@home does help in research....and its all free and voluntary. Alot of people have been folding 24/7 since march 2007 with no issues...this is not even possible on the Xbox 360...maybe with the Jasper chipset....

ThatCanadianGuy5638d ago

Bladestar is just mad because he know's 360 can't do photo realistic games.

I don't know what "Man of the year" said.Because he's a known 360 fanboy. And just another in the long list on my ignore list.

Haters FTL.

i've always, always wanted some sort of fairly realistic underwater sim.. the idea just fascinates me. if i had a Wii i would be all over that diving game Endless Ocean. but since i only got a PS3 i'm really hoping this game releases in the west..

this would soothe the sh*t outta me, i'm SICK of shooting aliens and bad guys in the face already.

Aqua Review at CheatCC

Cheatcc says, "At its best, Aqua is a lot of fun. With a lot of shooting and a little bit of strategy, players blast their way through a few hours' worth of water-based action, much the way they'd shoot through a modern first- or third-person shooter. But thanks to some gameplay and technical problems, some serious and some merely annoying, Aqua is not the Gears of War of the top-down "shmup.""
